At Level 3, Geography aims to equip students with skill for the future as they build on, and expand their personal experiences of natural and cultural environments. Students will examine processes that shape our world and see these in action during fieldtrips to Waihi Beach and Waitomo Caves. We will also question if Diamonds should really be a ‘girl’s best friend?’ and the existence of modern day slavery in our study of Geographic Issues.

Pre-requisites

UE Literacy or at the discretion of the Leader of Learning. Prior study is advised, but not essential.
