This course focuses on developing a basic foundation for a wide range of skills and knowledge in the area of Digital Technology, which students will use extensively beyond school. Students design and build an app, create outcomes in the Maker Space area, and learn how to program using Python. They also have the option of completing an external which focuses on how humans interact with computers. The range of topics covered in this course give students excellent basic computer skills as well as catering for those students who want to continue on a specialist Digital Technologies career path.
