Subject Choice Guidelines

Subject Guidelines 2023

Subject selection for Year 9 will open on Tuesday 14 November 2023 and will close at 5pm on Tuesday 21 November 2023.

Selection into courses is NOT first in first served.  You are not guarenteed a place in a course just because you submit your selections before the due date.

Please make your subject selection carefully and in consultation with whaanau and your teachers as you will not be able to change your subject selections once subject selections close.

Changes will only be made to subject selections under exceptional circumstances which will involve parents/caregivers completing a form with reasons for requesting the change.  However, we cannot guarantee that these changes will always be possible.

If you have any issues with making your subject selections, please email Mrs Reid [email protected] before submitting your selections.
